Welcome to the Snow Valley Farms Web Site. Snow Valley Farms is located near Fergus Falls, Minnesota next to the Maplewood State Park. An area known for its fresh water, clean air, small town charm, and farming heritage.We produce premium prime beef for customers that want product that does not carry growth hormones, artificial stimulants, or chemically induced genetic activity. Our clients wish to know where their food is coming from, how it is fed, cared for, and processed. They are concerned about the humane treatment of the cattle, the land, and the communities they affect by their family's consumption of quality products.

Clients participate in farming by participating in a "Family Farm Day" which allows their entire family to inspect the residence of their cattle, help with the feeding and watering of the animals, and participate in "Hamburger University" where the processor explains the various quality cuts most appropriate for consumption. During "Family Farm Day" clients are invited to participate in a plethora of activities. Some prefer to fish in our pristine lakes or ride horses from our Percheron breeding program. Walking the miles of paths cut through the woods teaming with wildlife photo opportunities has become an increasingly popular side trip, while others may choose to walk the gardens, orchards, and vineyards of the property.

Each client receives a monthly news letter covering the ongoing activities of the farm, pictures of the various animals on the farm, suggested recipes from the local people of the area, and stories of the other programs on the farm. Each family can receive samples of products either to test them to determine a public opinion of the products or simply have some fun consuming home made jam, jelly, juice or other bounty. Snow Valley Farms, Inc. brings the fun of a farm to the clients of the farm. It allows then a little step backward to a more peaceful family oriented time when little things mattered a bit more and were all a bit better for it.
