Snow Valley Farms Inc., is a small farm in northwestern Minnesota. We grow Black Angus cattle for a limited number of families interested in a farming experience, quality beef product, and ownership in a single head of cattle for personal consumption.
We grow Apples in a 100 tree orchard for the private use of our clients along with a private vineyard for client use involving canning, juice, and wine.
Snow Valley Farms, Inc. is a breeding farm for registered Percheron Draft Horses, Donkeys, and Sport Horses. These horses are bred and raised for individual clients involving a specific goal or standard.
We also breed and train Anitolian Shepherd Dogs that originate from the Turkish mountains. These dogs are used to guard properties, other animals and people. These dogs are not registered in the United States AKC as they are on the Rare Breed Registry. Anitolian Shepherd Dogs are perhaps the best looking of all protective dogs and are good with children, families and guests, however, they will guard their environment with their life.
Snow Valley Farms, Inc. has a training facility for Draft Horses and contracts for its use for draft horse trainers in need of facilities. The farms also train Draft Horses on a limited basis in hitch and riding uses.
Snow Valley Farms, Inc. produces and sells videos surrounding the building of family retreats for perpetuation through generational use, draft horse training, and other family oriented experiences. We also provide sets for video and film production, cooking and nature show production, and fishing show productions. Snow Valley Farms, Inc. contracts for flower and photographic tours of the area and park land inside Maplewood State Park, on its own property and in the sets of film and video productions.
