Snow Valley Farms has two basic business incentive programs for commercial clients. These programs involve incentives for employees of a client to pursue the goals of the company. One program is focused to the reductions of Worker Compensation losses by the employees of a company as a whole. The second goal focuses on the direct goal achievement of specific departments of a company such as a sales department.
An abbreviated version of our program would include our "hamburger hill" program for sales incentives. In this program Snow Valley Farms introduces to a company's' sales force, a fun incentive program that pits sales people against their goals to achieve extra rewards in the form of beef.
As an example, those traveling from sale one to sale ten, the sales person earns levels of achievement on the way up "hamburger hill". For the first sale the sales person earns ten pounds of hamburger, for the second, ten pounds of hamburger and five pounds of round steak. For sale three the sales person may earn ten pounds of hamburger, five pounds of round steak and five pounds of chuck steak. In short, the person with the most sales works their way to a full steer or half-steer depending on whatever management decides to offer as the goal. Additionally the winning sales person and his/her family win a mini-vacation at Snow Valley Farms.
Our incentive program is organized, productive, and administered by our staff to your specifications. We can present monthly achievement certificates, hats, and other elements that keep the contest alive and focused on the goals of the company.
